Come enjoy Utah in this remodeled bright basement apartment. The location is 30 min away from SLC Airport, 20 min from Little Cottonwood Canyon, and 10 min from Silicon Slopes.

If you’re here for work or travel you can enjoy brand new kitchen appliances, Roku TV w/ Netflix, and Disney Plus. This unit is kid-friendly, we have a playpen and a high chair.

We live above the unit with our three young boys so you may hear us occasionally; however, you will have your own private entrance and parking spot. Keyless entry and beautiful views to enjoy. The whole lower suite is for you.

Great communication with fast responses. The home was perfect and accommodated all of us with plenty of beds for all! Everything was comfortable and Clean! Very clean! The location was close to a walking trail that was a quick walk to a park to let the kids play. Convenient to the aquarium yet in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommend and will definitely stay the next time we are in the area!

The space was perfect for us and the views did not disappoint! We were close to everything and had a great time. As it states in the listing, you can occasionally hear people upstairs but it didn't bother us at all. Communication with the property manager was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The basement is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked however there is no sidewalk or path around to the entrance so you have to walk through the usually wet grass around the side of the house to the back entrance that is also not well lit. The young family upstairs is quite noisy so if you are looking for a quiet relaxing stay this is not for you.

We had a great stay—definitely a solid 9/10! The house was super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the host was very accommodating and communicative. The main bedroom got a little warm at night, but nothing too crazy.The host mentioned you might hear them upstairs occasionally—this was true (lol), but totally understandable. I’ve had toddlers myself, so no complaints here! That said, if you’re sensitive to noise, just something to keep in mind.The views were absolutely amazing—one of the highlights of the trip. Overall, a really lovely spot and we’d absolutely stay again!

Great location

Location to freeway, Salt Lake and the mountains perfect. Communication was excellent. As other reviewers noted; it is a walkout basement. Filled with natural light was a plus. However walking down a hill on the grass required lifting luggage. Any with mobility issues would struggle. The auto sprinklers went off in AM making grass wet. It did not affect our schedule but may be a problem depending on when you start your day. The extreme AC vs heat situation was frustrating as AC controlled by home owner, they tried to accommodate us but not the best solution I’m afraid. Definitely hear the kids upstairs when they are home so something to keep in mind. Beds for 6-8 but living area would be pretty tight and one bathroom. Probably 4-6 max. The size was great for the 2 of us.

Perfect Week

Flew in for a competition and this place was cheaper than any hotel I could book for the same time frame. The accommodations are comfortable and I greatly enjoyed the jacuzzi tub nightly to unwind from the daily tournaments and sight seeing. The kitchenette and dining area made this extended stay so much more enjoyable than a hotel, and was well appointed with essentials and even a few snacks, hot cocoa, coffee and sugar. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and the night scape views from the backyard are stunning. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you for being wonderful hosts.

Father-son x 2 ski trip

Very nice, clean and roomy in very nice neighborhood. Well stocked with kitchen utensils. Great views out over Salt Lake City. Especially convenient to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton ski areas and SLC airport.

Beautiful view, Very nice

This was our first VRBO experience. It was so much nicer than a hotel. The view across the Salt Lake Valley is stunning. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen is not stocked for really cooking a meal. I cooked eggs for breakfast a couple of times. Be aware that if it is essential to have absolute quiet between 6:30 and 8:30, the family upstairs has small children.

Great hilltop property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! The description is spot on; it is spacious and appointed well. Kitchen is stocked with cooking basics, bathroom is also stocked with plenty of soft, fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The washer/dryer was a godsend after skiing all day. There’s plenty of room to spread out or be together. The listing notes there are young children in the main house. We didn’t mind toddler noises, but if you aren’t a kid person, it might not be a good fit. Best to know that in advance. Super easy check-in/out process. Overall great experience and we would definitely use this property again!
