Nestled in a tranquil cove on the Silver Ridge/Tannenbaum Peninsula, this 4 bedroom (+ Loft)/3 bath house (sleeping a total of 13 people) is near a variety of outdoor activities. Bring your boats--a boat ramp is available 2 minutes away and the long, flat driveway is ideal for stowing your boat. Tannenbaum Golf Course (a top 5 course in Arkansas) is 3 minutes away. Or, take a dip in Greers Ferry Lake, just a few steps from the house. Bike enthusiasts will find that the peninsula offers a wide-range of terrain and undulating routes - bring your hybrid tires. High-speed, fiber optic internet supports all your streaming needs. The house has 3000 square feet of open living space, perfect for large groups. The dramatic, wood-burning fireplace at the center of the home creates an idyllic setting in the colder winter months. The loft has a daybed with two twin mattresses and a queen sofa sleeper. The screened-in deck off the back of the house provides a bug-free gathering experience. The tournament-quality, Tornado foosball table provides hours of competitive play. A ping pong table and other outdoor games are located in the garage. Two single kayaks and life jackets are available for guest use. Kitchen is fully stocked for groups that like to cook. A Thermador gas oven and dishwasher were recent kitchen additions. The 2023 Weber Genesis (Propane) grill is available for outdoor cooking and the fire pit is perfect for late-night drinks and s'mores. Please note that pets are not allowed and penalties for non-compliance will be enforced. There are a total of two exterior security cameras located above the garage that are positioned to capture imaging of the driveway.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. The house was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The lakefront view was peaceful, and the location was perfect for boating and spending time on the water. The game areas with ping pong and foosball were a nice bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable for both adults and kids. The host was responsive and easy to work with throughout the trip. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Little extras like shampoo and conditioner in the showers made it even nicer. Loved the open floor plan and large deck. Host was very accommodating as well with a slight change in our plans. Would stay here again.

We had such a fantastic time. Beautiful home, lots of space, wonderful screened-in porch, huge kitchen, and right on the lake! Could not have asked for anything more.
