The 3 Pines GuestHouse is located in the village of Gozdeika, only 18 km from the old capital Veliko Tarnovo and 9 km from the town of Dryanovo. It consists of two separate houses.

House 1:
On the first floor there is a large stone living room, stylishly furnished, with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen/stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and dryers. The floor has a bathroom and toilet. On the second floor there are three bedrooms as follows: - bedroom 1 - double bedroom + single bed; - bedroom 2 - double bedroom; bedroom 3 - double bedroom. On the floor is located the second bathroom with toilet.

House 2
There are three bedrooms as follows: 1 bedroom - double bedroom + single bed; 2 bedroom - double bedroom with single bed; 3 bedroom - double bedroom. The house has two bathrooms / bathrooms with toilets / and a small kitchen for the preparation of hot and cold drinks.

Heating - heating with heat pump.

The yard is terraced on two levels and in front of each house there is a tent with tables and chairs for the warm summer evenings, as well as sun beds for pleasant moments. The unique 100-year-old walnut in the yard offers a pleasant shade, so that you can indulge in complete rest and enjoy the silence, tranquility and fresh air. During the summer months in the yard there is a swimming pool and a trampoline. The outdoor barbecue is available with wood, which we provide you. Under the glazed outdoor shed there is a fully equipped summer kitchen / sink, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machines /, as well as a comfortable summer dining room.
