Enjoy lakefront living tucked into a quiet cove of Treasure Lake with private dock access from the backyard. Swim, kayak, fish, and relax on the covered porch overlooking the water. With six private bedrooms, four full baths, and a spacious lower-level game room, this home is designed for comfortable group stays and multi-family getaways.

Private Dock & Peaceful Cove Setting

Located in a quiet cove of Treasure Lake, this home offers added privacy and protected water ideal for swimming, paddle boating, kayaking, and fishing directly from the dock.

Water & Recreation
* Private dock with direct lake access
* Water depth approximately 4–5 feet at the dock, gradually deepening farther out
* Two kayaks and a paddle boat provided
* Catch-and-release fishing (PA license required)
* Several adult life jackets available; guests are encouraged to bring properly fitting life jackets for children
* Frequent wildlife sightings including deer, ducks, geese, blue herons, and occasionally bald eagles

To protect the lake from invasive species, outside boats and watercraft (powered or non-powered) are not permitted in Treasure Lake. Additional paddleboards, kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats are available for rent at the marina through Labor Day.

* Overnight occupancy of campers or trailers in the driveway is not permitted by the HOA.
