Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's located right in the middle of all the goings-on in Sports City and has fantastic golf course views. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too within a 5/10. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you want on offer. Motor City is 5 min taxi away.

Our charming studio apartment is located on the 9th floor so those who are afraid of heights need not to worry. Greeted by the 24/7 hrs concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.), we’ve even installed free WIFI to catch up on emails and social media for you. The view is awesome while having your morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. (Please note there is no oven, but there is a microwave oven in its place).

There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you, I’m sure.

The apartment fits 4 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed:

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee.

You also have a private car parking space and you will find a super market, restaurants and other useful shops within walking distance or a short drive. Arabian Ranches golf course is 5 min drive away.

The Neighborhood:
Not just for fitness fanatics, Dubai Sports City is a neighbourhood that packs in a lot in terms of lifestyle and residential options, at a wallet-friendly price. Home to the International Cricket Stadium and Els Club, this upcoming development is the most sought-after destination for investors. There’s a mix of villa compounds and apartment complexes with a range of options for those considering to invest in Sports City. Likewise, tenants can choose between studios to 3-bed apartments and a range of independent villas.

Sports City is one of the freehold areas in Dubai. While it is most suited for those with a car, there are plenty of amenities within walking distance and if that’s not enough, Mall of the Emirates is just 15 minutes away. SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:
If you require a foldable chair and desk then there is a ONE-TIME rental charge of AED 150.

If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

AC TEMPERATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
