I couldn’t fault this place even if I tried. Everything was perfect from the second we arrived to the second we sadly left. We loved our whole trip. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and the housekeeping staff went all out with cake, decorations. It was so thoughtful. The whole place is immaculate, the food amazing and all the staff are incredible and a credit to the hotel. We would love to return.

Currently staying in the Atlantis the palm. Stayed here for my birthday. It’s been a great stay. Staff are all friendly. House keeping is excellent. Especially Govinda really lovely smiley and always going above and beyond. I did have a small hiccup when I arrived. However it was dealt with professionally by the management and made my stay even more memorable. Some improvements I will liked to make would be to make sure there are updates on what’s being refurbished/ closed prior to booking. As the aquarium was something I was looking forward to. The waterpark access was lovely but the lockers was expensive in my opinion. Maybe some special rates could apply for people staying in the hotel. But overall will come here and visit again maybe this time with family. The buffet was all tasty and truly exceptional. Really nice and clean hotel with attention to detail from house keeping. Thank you to all the staff who made my birthday and stay more memorable

Had the most amazing week here at the Atlantis the Palm. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and treated like celebrities. The receptionist Mint went out of her way to give us a free upgrades to rooms. The valet parking staff were very efficient and our friend Abhijit the housekeeper was so friendly and always made sure everything was spotless and clean. Will definitely visit here again soon.

This is our 2nd stay here If i could give more than 10/10 I would. Always friendly checkin easy rooms are awesome. The housekeeper especially Hassan cant do enough for you. I love the waterpark that is attached to the hotel which you have access to is the best waterpark ever. Breakfast has plenty of variety they just need to stop kids running around had a few people loose their breakfast plates from kids. Maybe a kid friendly section with plastic plates etc. But i will be back. If you can stay here you wont be disappointed.
