Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in DIFC. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. The Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera are all within walking distance or a short taxi ride.

Found in one of the best buildings in Dubai, our charming studio apartment is located on the 2nd floor so those who are scared of heights need not to worry! Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym, roof top swimming pool and roof top seating area, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with smart WIFI connected T.V.), you'll enjoy relaxing on the sofa and while you upload your favourite pictures to social media, or respond to those pending emails with the free WIFI.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a combination of washer & dryer machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

There is a private car parking space and the nearest supermarket and a restaurant with an extensive menu located next to the building entrance. Lobby includes men’s salon, women’s salon and dry cleaners.

The Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera are all within easy short drive distance. The nearest public transport is the Dubai Metro which is a 13 min walk away and connects you to the rest of the city.

SOFA BED
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:
If you require foldable chair and desk then there is ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
