✔ The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

✔ Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 600.00

Please check in through the reception and submit ID`s of all guests as its a pre requisite to check in.

Other things to note

Providing your approximate arrival time is essential to ensure access to the property, as check-in is only conducted in person.



• Any additional requests or mid-stay cleaning services will incur an extra charge/fee.



• Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from starting at the predetermined check-out time, a charge of 300 AED will apply from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. After 1:00 PM, guests will be charged a full night`s stay for the late check-out and cleaning delay.



• Please return the access cards in good condition upon check-out. Lost cards will incur a replacement fee of 500 AED per card.



NOTE: Please DO NOT SMOKE inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 3000 for professional odor removal, AC Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning, and sanitation.
