Amazing property with 5 mins walk to metro and taxis easily available Cash point within the hotel if needed The staff was amazing and nothing was too much hard work for both reception/room service or even the staff around the hotel . They were all so helpful and welcoming . Yes the hotel might feel dated with colour scheme but the cleanliness and customer service goes above and beyond. Will visit again

The location is nice with a beautiful rooftop pool and exceptionally friendly staff. Conveniently situated near the metro station, it offers easy access to the city while providing a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Stayed many times in this excellent hotel , the staff very helpful and while checking in Mr. Raju manger in charge was helpful to change the apartment to my liking , this time tried the 2 rooms apartment and found it suitable and convenient, nevertheless I would like to offer the following observations , the TVs in the bedroom are tiny and in spite of the excellent and wide channels selection , I think going for smart TVs is a must! The other point is the kitchen limited supplies , I think it’s time for renovations.

I have stayed with other Thai chains such as Anantara which offers exceptional service compared to this ,The rooms seem aged ,The quality of everything including toiletries seems just sub par and interestingly I booked a ‘pool view 1 bedroom apartment except the pool wasn’t anywhere in sight There are simply much better options around Business Bay and Sheikh Zayed road for this price point

A nice hotel located in the heart of Dubai. Easy parking if you have a car and a walkable distance from the metro station. Big rooms, great breakfast menu (mainly everything), with always smiling staff. Prices are fair compared to the expensive Dubai, yet, room rates can jump unexpectedly.

Great service.

Outstanding service especially from Sher in Jones the Grocer and from all the guys in the Pool Deck and gym. Also the excellent service from the Club lounge on the 34th floor-always willing to accomodate. Can't wait for my next trip!
