The apartment features an open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove and dishwasher. There is a large dining table to seat four or guests can sit at the kitchen counter for two. The spacious living area has a comfortable sofa, lounge chair and smart TV leading onto a furnished patio from which to admire the views. There is also a separate laundry room.

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed to accommodate a maximum of two guests with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a Queen-sized accommodate a maximum of two guests and a separate full bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds to accommodate a maximum of two guests. Both bathrooms are stocked with hotel grade towels and bathroom amenities.

There is also a separate maids room featuring a single bed to accommodate one guest should you need the additional sleeping space. This room does not have any windows or additional wardrobe space but has an en-suite bathroom.

The apartment offers high speed free WiFi throughout with average speeds of 250mbps, air conditioning and household amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

With a total floor space of 1,568 square feet, the apartment offers generous room for your stay.

- no pets unless pre-arranged with the host

Prior to the check-in date, guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports for documentation purposes. The standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM.

Please keep in mind that the included cleaning fee covers the apartment cleaning after your stay. If additional cleaning is needed during your stay, it can be arranged at an extra fee.

While a starter pack of toiletries is provided for your convenience, consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not supplied in the apartment. It`s recommended to plan accordingly.
