Welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. Located in the newly developed vicinity of the 2020 Expo development, this area offers a contemporary family-orientated environment, with all the comfort and warmth of traditional neighbourhood living. There is an abundance of open space and is located very close to Discovery Gardens and the Ibn Battuta Mall.

Our charming 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor, so those scared of heights need not worry! Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include free access to a gym, and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.



You'll love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee.



The nearest supermarket is 1 min walk. The nearest public transport is the metro which is a 15 mins walk away. There is a free allocated parking space that also comes with the apartment.

⋆Sofa Bed Service: For bookings of 3 guests, the sofa bed will be set up automatically at no extra cost. For bookings of 2 guests or fewer, please notify us in advance if you require the sofa bed, as a charge of AED 150 applies.

⋆ Consent to House Rules: All guests must provide written consent to the house rules on chat before access is allowed.

⋆ Personal Information: Please provide the home address, email address, and passport copies for all guests at least 24 hours before check-in. Failure to do so will result in an inability to check in.

⋆ Booking changes are not guaranteed and depend on the host’s discretion.

⋆ Early Communication Request: We kindly ask that you share any concerns or issues with us directly, giving us the opportunity to promptly assist you.

⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.

⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.

⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.

⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
