Student dorm. Quite OK in this category

It is students' accommodation far in the outskirts of Dubai. There is a restaurant and a food shop which is good. The facilities are quite good for this category of place. I stayed there because of the price and did not have high expectations, had a good stay for that money. But two things annoyed me: 1. My messages to the property "owner" were not read until after I arrived, so I got no answers to my questions 2. The property declares a "no smoking" policy but it is absolutely not enforced. There is smoke everywhere and the management prefers not to react

Dear Sergey, On behalf of the team I would like to apologize if we haven't met your expectations during the stay. I would like to highlight that we have both budget hotel building and a student residence interconnected on the ground floor via lobby. All our hotel guests are booked in budget hotel building only, and although the budget is considered non-star rated property, we are trying to do our best to exceed the standards of the classification. This booking channel is fairly new for us and we have limited team access to it in order to provide team access 24/7. We are trying our best to answer all our guest inquiries as soon as possible - I know it wasn't helpful with your early bag check-in request at the beginning of your stay. With regards to the smoking policy - all our guests are aware it is a non-smoking property and the signages are placed everywhere. If the guest is found violating the rule, the charge of 300 AED is applicable for the deep cleaning of the room upon check-out.
