The space
Stunning 4 bedroom apartment located in the Burj crown, just a few minutes walk to the Dubai mall, Burj khalifa and the fountains. the apartment consists of a stylish and spacious living area with a smart TV with satellite channels, WIFI, and a sofa bed with a coffee table, the large sliding doors lead you onto a balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy and soak up the beautiful city skyline.

There is a dining area with a large table and 8 chairs (a highchair is available in the apartment) complete with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need including a coffee machine, fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, and all the cooking utensils and pots and pans.

Master bedroom with door leading onto a second balcony with a swinging chair to relax and breathe in the glistening lights of downtown Dubai. The bedroom has a king size bed, TV, bed side units, lamps, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.

Guest bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, bed side units, lamps, mirror, and fitted wardrobes and a shelf.

Guest bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, bedside units, lamps, mirror, fitted wardrobes and shelf.

Guest bedroom 4 has full size bunkbeds, a small table and chair.

There is also a utility room with tumble dryer, iron, and cleaning products. there are board games and reading material in the apartment.

There is a welcome hamper for guests on arrival which includes complimentary essentials and fresh bottled water. the apartment also has extra linen, pillows and towels.
Guest access
guests have free access to the buildings facilities including the swimming pool complete with sun loungers for the perfect poolside experience, the gym which has all the latest equipment, a playground for the children.

Guests also have free access to 2 free parking spaces.
Other things to note
it is compulsory in Dubai to provide passport copies of all guests at least 24 hours before check in.
