Very good. Note the airport shuttle is only drop off and not pick up from the airport. Lovely warm pool and play area for kids

There are some great hotels in Dubai and sadly this is below what I would expect of a 5 star hotel. Room service calls were not answered multiple times and other staff seemed to lack training. The room layout is modern and quite well appointed and it's a short walk to the metro which is handy for the airport and exploring Dubai

Whilst a continent stay, I honestly did expect a bit more from the hotel. I was surprised that upon request, I had to pay for ice. Also, when ordering room service, the tray was chipped which isn’t what I expect from a 5* hotel. The amenities are great & it is only a 5 minute drive from the hotel.

Generally very nice place to stay but didn't realise that it is an alcohol free hotel so that should be made clearer to people booking; also the shower was a 'wet room' which felt slightly strange. Overall though I enjoyed my stay
