The hotel was great in terms of rooms, but there was a mixed experience with the service team. The check-in team at the reception was mostly terrible. When I arrived, no one welcomed me. The lady at the check-in was looking at me like, why almost like why are you here. I was the one who had to say hello first and say I am here for check-in. One time another person was helping me, then he just walked away without saying anything in the middle of our conversation to go attend to someone else. Highest level of rudeness. And then we had someone from the hotel harassing us to buy a timeshare while we were relaxing at the pool. This should not be allowed, not when you are spending 700 dollars plus per night for a hotel. Worst service I have ever received in all my visits to Dubai. Never going back here again.

We stayed at this Hotel for a week in October. The Hotel isn’t the largest but has around 250 rooms, so if you want quietness and calmness but near to the Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountains and the Burj Khalifa all about 20 minutes in a taxi ( not in rush hour! ) then this is the perfect place. Pier 7 and the Marina Mall are around 30 minutes away also. They have 3 Restaurants and several bars, a cafe ‘ afternoon tea all really great food and service. The staff are just wonderful and will do anything to help you. It was my birthday during my stay and I received 3 small birthday cakes from the restaurants I had been in, and birthday greetings from numerous stay during the day. Which was so lovely. The food in all the restaurants was fabulous and the service too. The hotel is very clean! And well kept. The Butler / concierge service was excellent too. This is definitely a fantastic hotel.
