Average hotel. It was my wife’s birthday the hotel said they would do a surprise in the room but unfortunately nothing. Same with early check in, something which was promised but not provided. Late checkout was given. Breakfast was very basic and repetitive. Room service was slow. I was disappointed to say the least as I have stayed in many hotels of this chain with this being the worst especially in Dubai. I would also avoid this hotel if you are celebrating any occasion.

We apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your stay. As I checked with the Team, You came early around 8am however because early check in is subject to availability we couldn't give it. I believe we gave it around 12pm which is still early check in as you know the standard check-in is at 03PM. I also checked that we did the towel decoration in the room. In our hotel, we only do towel decoration and we celebrate the birthday in the restaurant in actual date with the Waffles. I can see that her birthday will be on 28th of January and you already checked out last Jan 25. In regards on our Complimentary Breakfast, Unfortunately we only have limited options mostly hot items are change every day and were doing our best to improve our service in breakfast. Your concern will be shared with the management and we will make sure that we will improve the Guest experience in our hotel. Thank you so much and we hope to see you again next time. The location for this hotel is excellent with the metro station only a 3 min walk, also a mass variety of delicious tasty food places on the door step. However the hotel room aren’t the best to say it’s a Hilton i was really disappointed the room was small, the bathroom had dirty with mouldy tiles, the shower gel and had wash dispensers where broken, the room chair was broken the mattress is super super firm (hard) and the breakfast is a big disappointment for a Hilton! The staff are lovely and very helpful the roof top pool is good and again the location it perfect. Will i stay again? Not if they don’t make changes no! Sorry

It’s a 5 minute walk to the metro trains or about a 15 minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel room was nice and the bed was awesome. Breakfast had a great variety of items however the scrambled eggs were a little runny for my liking. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Great staff, good location in busy Dubai

A nice hotel: not fancy but pleasant and good value although the prices were very high due to the COP28 climate summit (I attended). Very close to the metro and also to some nice small, local restaurants (I enjoyed Dip & Dash, a veg place about a 10-minute walk from the hotel), shops, and pharmacies. Roof deck has good views and the bar stays open very late and had fresh smoothies. But people still smoke at bars in Dubai, and it can be pretty smoky. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. That helped make the hotel memorable and would be a reason to go back. One knock on eco-friendliness is daily towel changes, even if you don't want that, and they hadn't installed water purifiers in all rooms, or my room, and you're strongly urged to NOT drink from the tap, meaning (mostly) bottled water.
