Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean & tastfully
decorated. Christmas decorations were stunning to look at & laid out meticulously.
The staff were approable, helpful & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
A special mention to the gentleman who organised x2 trips to visitor arractions for us. He was very knowledgeable & efficient.

Not expecting this attitude with Frequant client
Posted Nov. 20, 2023 on HotelsI was with my family I check in early they offer me I have to pay for early check in I refuse and prefer to wait then they offer me smoking floor I except it although I have lung problems. I request late check out they refuse

Only one thing that I dislike , even my room was a nonsmoking room , but i still can smell the cigarette from the AC !
