Fraudulent Host - Do NOT Book

Book with Ifeoma AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Long story short Ifeoma posted this listing on multiple platforms and received more money thru annother booking platform and refused to honor our reservation on the day of check-in right before the New Years Holiday. We found this out after traveling 16 hours to Dubai and after the host ignored and refused to respond to any of our messages regarding the check-in process. Ifeoma C refused to refund our full payment (which was paid 3+ months ahead of time) when asked until we got Customer Service involved. Ifeoma C. mentioned that this listing was not approved by the landlord - we aren’t sure of the validity of this but this host completely breached contract by not honoring our reservation. If you want to be put in a tight situation with nowhere to stay in a foreign place on the day of check-in go right ahead and book with Ifeoma C. But you’ve been warned! Thank God Customer Service saw right thru Ifeoma’s fraudulent and unethical behavior and helped us with a place to stay. This host should be banned from Vrbo. I’ve stayed in multiple places across several countries and have never had an experience occur like this with Ifeoma C.
