Our premium and stylish newly studio apartment is located in the heart of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) It is also just across the street from the gorgeous stretch of beach where you can swim, tan and enjoy all kinds of restaurants and attractions. The building is perfectly located right onto the JBR for an afternoon walk, a morning run or even sunset drinks.

The Space:
his beautifully furnished studio apartment will make you feel like you are in a luxurious 5 star hotel. The apartment also comes with a parking for your car, two stunning swimming pools, a gymnasium, a kids area and a business centre.

The bedroom uses a 180x200cm bed . We can also provide a baby crib.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, a toaster, kettle, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more.

We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the stylish studio apartment, including the balcony. You're also welcome to enjoy the building's amenities, such as the two swimming pools, the well-equipped gymnasium, the kids' area, and the business center. Secure parking is provided within the building. The apartment is located on the 9th floor, accessible via elevator, and offers convenient access to amenities.

Explore the many shops and boutiques along The Walk at JBR, or catch a movie at the nearby cinema. For a taste of local culture, take a short taxi ride to the Dubai Marina, known for its stunning waterfront views and lively atmosphere.

Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze! This apartment is ideally located for easy access to various transportation options. Public transport is readily available, with bus stops and the Dubai Tram within walking distance, connecting you to the wider city. For those arriving by air, Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately a 30-minute drive away, while Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) is about a 45-minute drive. Parking is available within the building, providing secure and convenient parking for your vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. We require a picture of all guests' passports before check-in, and a check-in form must be signed upon arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; a fine of AED 500 will be applied for violations. A fine of AED 500.00 will be charged for a lost access card, and AED 200.00 for a lost key.
