To comply with Dubai Tourism mandate, the accommodation is fitted with keyless access which requires an APP download. You MUST provide a valid email address as this is required for the Keyless app invitation. Failure to comply will delay check-in. Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and to meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide passport details of all guests through your guest portal.

âą Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreation areas.
âą Guests may not make any alterations to the Property without prior written approval of the Property owner.
âą Comply with vehicle parking rules, show consideration to and cause the minimum disturbance to others regarding parking.
âą To dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with normal practice at the Property and building or community and in the allocated bins and areas.
âą Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas.
âą Guests must comply with requirements concerning the relevant garbage and recycling collection days, as well as any requirements relating to garbage disposal or waste minimisation.
âą To notify DVH Holiday Homes of any disputes or complaints as soon as is practicable.
