During my stay the Water heater didnt work after 15min. Of shower. Centralized AC, so i was expecting heater should work. I was not feeling well the first night and was freezing cold so i turn up the heat as it gets very cold because the whole glass wall balcony is close to the bed but the heater is not working. ALSO, i suggest to put some kleenex/facial tissue inside the room. However, other than that the Room is very clean. Nice modern finish. Very quiet and about 15min walk to train station. The Security guy that helped me checked in was very helpful and the rest of them. They open the door for you and always offer and insist to help to carry your luggage in and out of the building. KUDOS to them!! I will def stay again when i come back.

Great location and lovely very spacious apartment and very clean.Comfortable beds and all mod cons all amenities shopping nearby such as the Dubai Mall and Sheikh Zayed road. Friendly cooperative reception staff. Nice roof top pool and gym. Thank you to all staff at mood living 45.

The property is located 15 min walk from Emirates Towers metro. There are cafes, shops and other facilities nearby the property. The building is well kept/maintained, really clean and modern. Unfortunately the pool at the building is closed for repair during our visit. The staff are welcoming and really helpful, communication is fast and responsive. The room itself has all give required items in the kitchen including washing machine and dishwater which make the stay very comfortable.

The staff was really helpful with the luggage and answering any kind od questions. Thanks to Mr. Nader I could even check in earlier! I liked the fact that I had my peace throughout my whole stay, no one was bothering. The only two things I didn‘t like was the insufficient cleanliness of the apartment (the rug was full of stains) and the alarm going off 2-3 times in the middle of the night for no reason waking me up every time. Other than that I really enjoyed it.
