The property looked gorgeous and has many amenities. The staff was professional, welcoming, and helpful in every way. I have stayed in another One and Only property many years ago and the experience was phenomenal. Therefore, once I was aware that there was another property in Dubai, I booked it. We loved this place so much, it has amzimg view the staff was excellent from the hotel loby to the rooftop bar to all restaurants their customer service was 1000% everyday day. The hotel was very clean and they made our 10 years anniversary enjoyable.
