I recently stayed at this resort and had a good experience overall! The amenities were good, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was good for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were good. The pools and dining options were good. However, one thing I think could be improved is the smoking situation. It was a bit challenging to avoid smoke in certain areas, and it would be really nice to have just one designated area where smoking is allowed. That would make the experience even better for non-smokers who want to enjoy the fresh air without having to worry about encountering smoke. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Amazing experience at Hotel RIU Dubai! It was a family vacation for our first time in Dubai and the hotel really was above and beyond. Clean, plenty of food options, and right by the astonishing beach! We went to the beach in the morning and did all excursions in the afternoon. 10/10 experience for Dubai!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Riu. We had a few minor issues with hairdryer and electric outlets not working, or collecting water on the shower floor. The stay was pleasant with great service and meals.

Beautiful property and great service by the staff. The food was delicious. Wish there was entertainment and music around, hotel is too quiet. They should have a better alcohol selection too. No top shelf liquor. We had 3 inconveniences in the room which were fixed in minutes (no iron, no water on the toilets, bathroom sink not working). Overall good stay.

This hotel was amazing from the friendly and attentive staff to the cleanliness of the rooms, common areas and dining room. Everyone was so polite and helpful throughout our stay. We were a group of 6 and they accommodated us from the moment we arrived until the minute we left. The food was great and plentiful. The staff always greeted us with a warm smile and remained patient and kind throughout our stay. The beach was pristine! There’s not a lot of development around the hotel right now but that will change in the coming months. Excellent location. It’s away from the hustle but a very short car ride to all the attractions. Location is perfect!

Nice hotel, bit waar from downtown but taxi’s are available at the hotel and aren’t expensive. Very friendly staff, good food and clean and nice rooms. Next to the hotel is a construction site but it doesn’t cause inconveniences.

Front desk crew were welcoming and generous, told them it was my birthday and I was gifted a free up grade to partial ocean view, and balloons and a card on the bed when we got in. Hotel is 15 min no traffic away from the town but beautiful.
