Staff were lovely. Had a problem with our balcony door someone was there to fix it within 5 mins. Take bad with additional charge for early check in have been to lots of hotels who will let you in if your room's ready with no extra charge.

Plus some points I consider as rip off like an very average breakfast around 40usd PER PERSON or charging for a bucket of ice or charging for a checkout at 2 pm

I recently stayed at the Royal Central Hotel and Resort – The Palm, and it was amazing! The views are stunning, and the staff is super friendly. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and the amenities, like the infinity pool and beach access, are perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend it for a luxurious getaway!
