I stayed at Sheraton, The Walk one full week with my family and our experience is only positive. The staff was very pleasant and caring, the cleanliness is top class, the breakfast was amazing every morning but I wish they had a little more variety in foods, overall it was very good. I recommend this hotel.

We were treated for a very needed early check in, as well as late check out, the stuff went out of his way to provide good service in all service aspects - reception, luggage, food, room maintenance. The only thing which was not great was elavators. In 4 out of our 5 days of stay one elevator out of 3 available did not work, causing long waits and crowded rides.

The room was spacious and always kept clean. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated the acknowledgement of our anniversary and the switch over from Delta to Sheraton was done seamlessly and with good humour. Great location for access to the beach, marina and/or public transportation.

The room was nice and clean but the bathroom did look a but run down and the shower takes a while to warm up. On our stay the hotel was starting renovations in the lobby, the noise from this was disruptive. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel location is ideal of jbr beach.

I had the deluxe room with partial sea view and it was large, clean, and modern. My only complaint is that the tub is too high. You can't beat the location of the hotel. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and so is the marina. The staff is amazing, from the security personnel, the front desk, restaurant employees, to the porters. They were all eager to help.

Service at the hotel is great. Location to the beach and the marina is prefect. Only negative - the elevator situation is a NIGHTMARE. I was there for 2 weeks. The second week, only 2 elevators were running. The wait time was up to 5 minutes at times due to overcrowding. I hope this is being taken into consideration during the upcoming renovation.
