The room was nice but I expected better views and higher level. I booked sky bay because I wanted to be . The windows were dirty . Overall it was decent for the price . The staff said all room was booked but I guess came after me got a room in 14th flood same type . I felt like they were prejudiced

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. First, one of our suitcases was lost during transit, which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. After that, our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for 24 hours later. Despite this situation, the hotel did not extend our stay, and I had to pay out of pocket for an extra night. In addition, due to the flight delay, I was forced to pay for an extra night of parking for my car in Cardiff. To make matters worse, our lost suitcase has still not been found and no one seems to know where it is. Overall, the handling of this situation and the level of support were very poor, and we expected much better assistance.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Stayed half board & really liked that it was a proper restaurant rather than buffet. The Half Board Dine Around option was great as we got to try different restaurants. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. We didn't use the pool area as it is overlooked by a construction site with noise and disruption, which is a shame. But construction noise is unavoidable in Dubai. Gym was small but fine for basic workouts. The property decor was nice & aesthetic. Beds were comfortable & the shower was great. We also made use of the beach club offer which was included in our half board options. This was lovely place to visit for a day - out on the Palm next to Atlantis. Overall found the location good, with easy access to most main attractions.
