Never experienced anything like this in my life Arrived at 1.45am after a long flight with 2 children. Got there and couldn’t find our booking. Then after half an hour took us up to 2 rooms (there was 7 of us). The first room had a double bed and the second room had 2 single! We asked how they expected us to sleep so they said they would upgrade us to suites. Suites again consisted of a double bed each and they dragged a single bed into each room. There was loud music till 3am as has a club attached. That was the least of our worries though as the road works outside went on for the rest of the night and I can’t even describe how loud it was If it wasn’t for the kids I would have left the hotel but I didn’t fancy driving in a taxi round Dubai at 4 o clock in the morning looking for a hotel. Worse night of my life

The hotel is on a construction site and on a highway now I don’t know where far from the market and they falsely advertised their amenities they don’t have most of the things on that amenity there is no restaurant there is no free breakfast there is definitely no pull that I’ve seen or beach view there is no Seaview and their security guard is crazy guy he manhandled my friend on the last day that we were traveling all because we ask if we can have their weight machine to weigh our bags He then began to shove us as they get out of here and manhandled my friend also And got loud and physical with us in front of other guests in the lobby so I definitely don’t recommend this place it’s falsely advertising and they don’t have good stuff work in there violent and stuff if anything

OK hotel

The hotel is only acceptable. Cleanliness is questionable and the room was relatively small. The check-in time as posted on Expedia is also incorrect. Other hotels in Dubai similarly confuse am and pm. Location is good, but noisy. Breakfast is alright but overpriced.

Room condition was un hygienic hotel managers were unhelpful hosiery of the room was old had mark on them swimming pool was closed however general hotel staff was ok and alot moreee negative which i m too fed up to write i have to check out hotel a day early and we went our family house because me and my mrs became ill

the hotel is situated right in the take off and landing path of the airport so if like me you don.t mind airplane noise then you're good , i enjoyed watching the planes taking off and passing very close the the pool area which is situated on top of the building. the hotel is ok but do not expect a 4 star. most of the staff was friendly and the underground free parking space was a plus for me. bear in mind that this hotel is quite a distance from dubai city center , it took me about 40 min drive to reach dubai mall when there was no traffic. there is plenty 24hrs supermarkets and smaller mall at walking distance just in case you needed something in the middle of the night. room service was a bit disappointing as they kept missing to change the towels of even replacing bottle water,no slippers, no room robe, no toothbrush so bring your own. i am not a difficult person so overall my stay was ...okay

Vi havde ønsket ikke ryger værelser Men hele hotellet lugtede voldsomt at cigaret røg Det var Okey at ryge i restauranten om aften når der var club Det ene værelse havde især en slem tobaks lugt Alt tøj og tasker lugtede slemt da vi kom hjem Dyr morgenmad der ikke var pengene værd Svært at sove pga larm fra nat club der larmede og fly der fløj lige hen over hotellet hver 3 min
