Here’s a polished and elevated version of your review while keeping your tone: ⸻ A wonderful location and a clean, modern hotel. Check-in was seamless and efficient. I arrived in Dubai early in the morning ahead of my reservation, and they graciously offered early check-in for a minimal fee — a huge plus for me as a solo traveler after a long flight. The breakfast buffet was excellent and absolutely worth adding to your stay. They also offer an evening dinner buffet for an additional fee, which made for a convenient and enjoyable stay-in dining option one of the nights. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding — especially in the dining room. The valet team and front entrance staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and professional. Overall, a very comfortable and well-managed stay that I would happily recommend.

Me and my husband stayed in the room with the waterfront balcony view. It was nothing short of stunning and amazing! The room was in perfect condition with all the amenities there from a coffee machine to internet with youtube on the tv. The room was in modern condition. I loved the beige tones. Room service was always on point. If there was one regret it was that we didn’t stay long enough!! This is our spot to come to in Dubai since everything was so convenient to us. Brilliant staff very friendly and always seconds away from helping.

Room was nice big and clean. Bathroom was very small and very poorly designed. Faucet in the sink was leaking and not repaired. Shower door was also leaking and a small bathroom area got flooded every time we showered. Breakfast was good. You have to take Taxi for wherever you want to go. Nothing is walkable.

The hotel is conveniently located with a very pleasant view by the canal, Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are good, linen is clean, well ventilated and thermostats work well. I am writing to express my concerns about the condition of my room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned upon my arrival, and the air conditioning vent appears to be very dirty. The air coming out of the vent has a strong, foul odor, making it difficult for me to breathe comfortably. I did checked out on the 15 of October and booked another hotel to stay😡
