The standard check-in time is 3 pm, but events beyond our control could be delayed by a couple of hours as we may need extra cleaning or fixing.
Passport copies and ETA must be shared at least 4 hours before arrival for smooth check-in, as it is required by the authorities for registration.
Check-out time is 11 am; unauthorized delays will be charged at a rate of AED 300/ hour.
Extra beds are available on request and require a 24-hour notice; extra bed charges apply.
