Very clean, staff lovely, amenities great. Loved the lounge area with papers and pastries. Breakfast was delicious. So convenient to dart and hence to beach in south or to the city. Cosy little gem of a hotel. Loved it. Definitely go back there.
Cozy room but loud due to doors shutting and hallway noises. The shared living room areas are nice. The on site breakfast was very good. Had it both times I was there. Location is a bit of a ways from the city center.
Great location for Aviva stadium. Nice clean and cost hotel. Only challenge was that our room was warm and it didn’t seem possible to turn the temperature down. We would definitely stay here again.
I cannot say enough good things about the Ariel House. It's charming, inviting and welcoming. The room are very clean. Bathrooms are small but the walk in shower was a big plus. Breakfast was good. Nice selection on the menu.
The only down fall is there is no lift. Quite a few steps, However, Emerson was very helpful carrying our suitcases to our rooms.
Nice historical building with well appointed rooms and great breakfasts. Good location. On the negative side, it feels like staff lacks training and customer attention. Every time you approached them with a question, they made it feel like you were interrupting them and were an imposition. Your job as hotel staff is to look after your guests.
