A comfortable en-suite room is available for rent, suitable for one person only. I am looking for a professional or student who is responsible, respectful, and trustworthy.

The house is shared with the owner and two children aged 6 and 16 years old, so it is important to find someone who is considerate and understands a family home environment.

The property is located in Citywest Dublin 24, with the Luas Red Line stop right beside the estate, providing easy access to the city centre and surrounding areas.

House rules:

No alcohol
Must be clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
After cooking, please clean the kitchen area and wash and dry your dishes
Help keep the house clean and comfortable for everyone
