Bit overpriced - Needs some refurbishment

Great Location, close to communications and local amenities. The images of the apartment was better than the reality - cleaning wasn’t great, and the electric blinds in the living room where not working. Overall, it was overpriced for its condition.

Unfortunately I was not provided the right access codes to enter the property. After a long trip I had to beg the neighbors for the code in the cold and heavy rain. One toilet didn’t flush properly, the window blinds in the living room didn’t work, the TV didn’t work properly either. If you can look past those things, the property is otherwise in good condition. This is just not what I wanted to deal with on vacation.

We liked the no-hassle check in. The place was very nice overall, no complaints. The only thing we really didn't like is the heaters were turned off and we had to call to have them turned on.

Modern apartment fully equipped Excellent location with nice view over the Grand Canal Dock Good size for 5-6 people Dart train 5 mins walk giving access to all places of interest Handy supermarket for supplies across the road Highly recommend Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if staying in Dublin

Lokation var rigtig god, men standen pÄ lejligheden levede ikke op til prisen. Der manglede et gardin i stuen (som ogsÄ var vÊrelse), 2 af gardinerne kunne ikke rulles op, sÄ man kunne nyde udsigten til kanalen. Vi havde problemer med det varme vand, der skulle tÊndes ca 45 min inden man skulle bruge det. BadevÊrelserne var ikke rene.

Appartement agrĂ©able ,bien Ă©quipĂ© et bien situĂ©. Les stores ne sont pas occultants et le systĂšme d’ouverture Ă©lectrique est dĂ©faillant.Dommage car la vue sur le canal est imprenable. Le lit de la seconde chambre est plutĂŽt pour une personne ou deux enfants mais pas deux adultes. Il manque des informations sur le dĂ©pĂŽt des poubelles introuvable. Je conseillerai cet Ă©tablissement sans problĂšme.

Property was correct but in it would be great to write down how the materials works for exemple the dish washer, where do put the bins at the end of the stay, if we have to select things that we though away for example.

Es un apartamento muy cĂłmodo y te proporciona todo lo que puedes necesitar; secador, gel de baño, lavadora, lavaplatos, nevera, platos, sartenes... ademĂĄs hay un supermercado justo en frente del apartamento. EstĂĄ un poquito alehado del centro para ir a pie, pero hay una parada de autobĂșs muy cerca.

Coole Wohnung in Spitzenlage

Appartment mit Dockblick und sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Allerdings viele UmweltgerĂ€usche und Haus hellhörig. FĂŒr 6 Erwachsene. Icht empfehlenswer: Betten zu schmal, Ausziehsofa im WZ schmal und keine Verdunklung. Wohnung sehr sauber und fĂŒr 4 gut ausgestattet, die Verdunklungen mĂŒssen in Stand gesetzt werden. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern in Dublin und haben die Zeit genossen.
