APARTMENT LAURA 100m2 consists of fully equipped open plan kitchen which has a window with garden view. Dinning room with big table for 6 persons and spacious living room have three large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors with amazing view to the sea and Dubrovnik Old Town.The view from the master triple bedroom (16m2) is also the picture postcard view of Dubrovnik. Second bedroom (12m2) has two single beds and a baby cot. Comfortable bathroom has toilet and bath with shower. Apartment is equipped with air conditioning. In the back yard, at the entrance to the apartment, there is a terrace where you can have breakfast or just relax in the garden. Parking place is available. Apartment would suit anyone looking for a stylish stay in Dubrovnik!
It is located a 10 minutes walk from the Dubrovnik old town. Amazing view to the sea, islands and Old town.

Absolutely gorgeous property and views!!! Marijana was an excellent host and communicated all of the details we needed to know very clearly. She helped point out the quickest and easiest routes to the major attractions as well as details about local bus lines. There is a designated parking space, clothes washer, outdoor clothes lines for drying, a well-appointed kitchen, enormous bathroom, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and BY FAR the most breathtaking views of the sea and Old Town. The pictures do not do it justice! It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the city walls, and less than 5 minutes to the nearest convenience market. (Be prepared for a lot of stairs.) We had an amazing stay and we will absolutely stay here again the next time we travel to Dubrovnik!

Great apartment

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment on our first visit to Dubrovnik. The views are absolutely stunning and you could spend all day watching all the port activities. The apartment is bright and spotlessly clean with lovely bed linen and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Marijana was very helpful and explained all about the apartment and also the best way to navigate all the steps in Dubrovnik. She arranged private taxi transfers to and from the airport which was great and both drivers were friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment for its comfort and location.

Perfect!

An absolutely perfect place. A walk to town and the beach and the gondola up the mountain. Nearby mini market. Quiet. Great view and you can hear the bells! It is up the hill so be prepared for that on the way back. Nicely appointed and very comfortable beds. Patient hosts stationed themselves at both entrances to make sure we didn’t go astray. Lovely shaded patio. Spectacular view. We will be back!!!

Wonderful 3-night stay!

We enjoyed our stay here in early August. The apartment is located on the hill, with spectacular views of the Old City and Lokrum Island, and was very clean and comfortable. Marijana is a lovely host - friendly and communicative, answering all questions before our trip, organising airport transfer and providing helpful Information when we arrived. The apartment is very conveniently situated - small supermarket a few minutes’ walk away, and only 5-10 mins walk to Banje Beach and 10-15mins to the Old City Walls, old port and plenty of restaurants. Uphill walk on the way home - lots of steps / longer route by road, which was fine for us but may not suit those with young children or anyone with mobility issues. Would definitely come back! Our only suggestion would be to please provide a fan in the second (twin) bedroom.

Wonderful hosts who were very helpful

Our hosts Christian & Marijana were incredibly helpful and even gave us great recommendations of what to do and where to eat in town. And the view was absolutely stupendous, awe-inspiring.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Marijana (host) was so wonderful - the apartment has a stunning view of old town and was exactly as depicted in the pictures. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the old town with a stunning view of the city. Marijana helped coordinate everything for us when we were there and was so helpful when we accidentally left items in the unit. I’d highly recommend anyone to stay here - couldn’t have asked for a better host/spot!
