The property features hot tub and it is available for guests in period 01.04.-01.11. Private parking is provided, reservation is not required. This lovely studio features seating area with free WiFi, air conditioning and SAT flat screen TV. Kitchenette features refrigerator, kettle, microwave, freezer, stove, coffee maker and highchair. Private bathroom with walk in shower is provided, so as linen and towels. Washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal. Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a beautiful sea side promenade are a 10-minute walk away. Lapad bay with its promenade and beaches is less then 15 minutes away. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 20 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 25 km away.
