Very nice place, in the middle of Dubrovnik old town.
The apartment looks just like the pictures. It was calm, clean, conveniently located, and comfortable.
All good !
Very clean property and great communication from the hosts but the property was very noisy. The apartment front door is right next to the building front door so we could hear people coming and going very clearly. The windows are just wooden shutters right onto the street so we were woken frequently throughout the night by people walking past in the street (even as late as 6am!) The room is quite small, it wasn't an issue for us as we were only staying one night but it was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The shower door didn't quite shut properly so water leaked on the floor.
Fantastic location! The apartment was cozy and tucked away on a quiet street, even though itâs right in the heart of Old Town. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
Location was convenient, inside the old town and a short distance from the old port and the market. The unit had windows with a good view of a cathedral and the hills above the city. A/C was solid and appreciated on hot and humid summer days. Soundproofing was pretty good-I could barely hear voices from the restaurant below. The layout of the unit was a little quirky though, set up like a loft. The kitchen area and sofa were downstairs and bed and dining table were upstairs. The stairs between the two levels were a little steep and didnât have a proper handrail so it may be unsuitable for people with balance/mobility issues. Also the entry is on the fourth floor and there are no elevators.
The property its self was in a very good location within the old town. The air conditioning worked excellently and the property was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and we both slept very well. The shower room although looks very modern and was very clean, the shower doors do not prevent water from escaping and after showering the floor was soaking wet. Also after my partner showered for only about 5 minutes, the water would be like warm Going cold, this happened both times we used the shower despite the hot water being on. We did not report as we only stayed for 1 night
Amazing views, and a fun cozy loft. Loved the apartment (having a mini fridge and washer/dryer was an asset). The location is perfect, right within old town and across from the Dubrovnik Cathedral, close to everything. The property is also very cool, preserving an old town feel. Note the apartment is up 4 floors of stairs (a bit slippery because worn marble, cool but just be aware). Only drawback was the property doesnât supply toilet paper beyond a roll or two, so bring your own or buy cheaper at the nearby Konzum. Annoying and cheap on their part, donât love that properties think they can get away with that kind of stuff, otherwise we loved our stay.
This is a well located place in the old town with good communication with the staff via WhatsApp. But it was my fault in booking a place in old town. There are no vehicles allowed in so we dragged our luggage there from one of the gates into the location. Then we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs (no elevators). The room itself is loft style meaning that the kitchen is downstairs and otherwise it was pretty tight for us four. You had to be careful going down the stairs. The A/C unit was only upstairs and took a lot of time to cool the place. It was nice to have a washer dryer but it took too long (5+ hours) to both wash and dry. Overall, the location was probably worth it.
This unique apartment is in the heart of the old city. It is renovated, clean, & comfortable. The owner was in communication w/us and it was easy to find. What you need to know is that the old city has hundreds & hundreds of steps/stairs. The apt. is on the 4th floor (so more stairs). You will enjoy your stay here if you are in great shape and don't carry too much luggage. The apt. is cramped for 4 people but we were ok with that. The 4th floor landing has a terrible smell from another apt. but ours was clean and fresh. Overall it is a good place to stay but not luxurious by any stretch.
Beautiful cozy apartment that is impacted by neigh
Cozy apartment, amazing location, but don't stay if asthmatic or sensitive to cigarette smoke.
While the apartment is smoke free, it shares a foyer/common area with three other apartments. Two of the four apartments are holiday rentals and two have locals living in them. The locals use the foyer area to smoke. Given its the top floor and windows are barely open, the smell of smoke travels into the apartment. The apartment comes with an air purifier, but this was not enough for us and the smell of smoke impacted our stay - we are very sensitive to cigarette smoke. I understand that in European cities, it is a risk choosing a private apartment over a hotel as neighbours are likely to smoke - however I think the fact that the neighbours were using the foyer area to smoke (and leave cigarette butts) made this place worse .
If you are comfortable with the slight smell of smoke, this place would be perfect.
We absolutely loved the cleanliness, the location and the ambiance of staying within the walled city. We enjoyed a hop on a hop off tour of the surrounding area as well as many walking excursions. It was a lovely stop, and I would definitely come back and stay at this suite again.
After we found our place we were so impressed. If you are booking a place to stay look at the location. Only had to vlimb a flight of stairs, way better than most
