Apartment BAYSIDE

Bayside apartment is the most beautiful and the most luxurious unit in Villa Diana. This elegantly furnished apartment is very modern and unique due to its special architectural interior design and stunning views from living room and both bedrooms.
The panoramic views from the living room/kitchen through the big glass walls overlook Zaton Bay and the main Dubrovnik harbor with the Marina and Cruise Terminal, great for watching cruise liners and yachts sailing in and out of this beautiful harbor.

This airy, comfortable, air-conditioned apartment which offers a great value and privacy for up to 4 guests has a well equipped kitchen with dining table, a living room with sofa bed, another living room on its entrance at the swimming pool level, an en suite (with SAUNA) to the main bedroom, and a separate bathroom for the 2nd bedroom.

The modern kitchen includes stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

The Bedrooms are equipped with comfortable high quality beds while the bathrooms include a bathtub, specious shower, washing machine, dryer and hair dryer. Linen and towels are provided. Unlimited Wi-Fi is complimentary. A kid’s bed (cot) is available for the master bedroom.

As a special offer of this luxurious apartment there is a modern INFRARED SAUNA installed in the bathroom connected to the master bedroom.

THE LOCATION AND THE PROPERTY

Villa Diana is a modern and eye-catching building that includes a newly finished infinity swimming pool and is located in Lapad. This is one of the most beautiful parts of Dubrovnik where most of the hotels and beaches are located.
It is only a 10 minute walk down to a pedestrian only area where you will find a variety of restaurants and bars. The local supermarket is only 200 meters away while the local bus stop is 50 meters from the villa. The Old Town is approximately 2 miles distance but only a 10-15 minute bus ride away.
You will find many different beaches surrounding the Lapad peninsula. All are located within a walking distance and can be reached easily in 10 to15 minutes walk from Villa Diana.
There are three apartments offered in Villa Diana all finished to a high standard, fully equipped, perfectly cleaned and maintained.
The hosts live in the same building but in a different apartment and are always available to provide any help to guests during their stay while respecting their privacy.


THE INFINITY SWIMMING POOL

The infinity swimming pool and the surroundings are finished to the highest standard in each detail.
The views from the infinity swimming pool, the surrounding terraces and the sun deck are over the main Dubrovnik harbor, great for watching the cruise liners and yachts come in and out. The pool area is shared between three apartments.
The eco-friendly swimming pool was built with both adults and children in mind. It has bi-level configuration with hydro massage nozzles, as well as generous lounge space for dining, sun bathing, relaxing and enjoying the quiet surroundings. The pool is not intended for playing water games, jumping, splashing, using of the beach balls or any other pool floats.
The pool’s Green credential is facilitated by the Electronic Chlorine Generator.
