Absolutely worth staying.

Location was amazing. Directly across the road from beach, and only about 200 metres or so to Pile gate to old town. Apartment was generous size. I would recommend it. However nothing is perfect, and here is the downside. Internet was absolutely shocking, almost non existent. Stairs stairs and stairs. We were in the attic apartment, so had to deal with 78 stairs from street level to our room. Difficult when dealing with luggage. As it was an attic room ceilings were very low. I’m only 5 feet tall and still hit my head a few times. Good facilities in the apartment, take your own toiletries. Rolland, the manager on site was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly rate him too.

Perfectly located, modern apartment.

I truly don’t think you can stay at a better location than this. You’re right above Banje Beach, a 3-min walk away from the Old Town, and there are two smaller supermarkets close by. The apartment itself is modern and neat, well air conditioned and in a stunning old house. There are a few more apartments in the building - but it still feels private and quiet. The highlight is the courtyard. Beautiful place to watch the sunset and boats coming in and out of Dubrovnik. Bonus points for the Tortoise for running about here too. Will definitely stay here again!
