A villa in a beautiful setting that will leave you speechless. Villa Dias consists of two living units offering six ensuite bedrooms in total and extras such as a large outdoor private pool, sauna room, billiards table, exercise equipment, table football, outdoor children’s play zone, alfresco dining with authentic barbecue area and terraces offering splendid views of the breathtaking scenery around. Located on the slope of a mountain privileged views of the Adriatic, the islands across and the mountains can all be enjoyed from many of the seating areas, a pool deck or from any of the house windows. Constructed with traditional Dalmatian limestone the villa fits perfectly into the natural landscape while the interior ample bright areas are equally inviting and comfortable, showcasing exposed wood beams, tile floors, lounge area, fully equipped contemporary kitchen and a large dining table seating twelve, occupying 270 m² in total.
Eleven adult guests are comfortably accommodated in six of the bedrooms. There is an additional private attic studio with a single bed accommodating one more adult.
Brsečine is a charming and relaxing fishing village with beautiful pebble beaches, 20km west of Dubrovnik. Enjoy the tranquility of nature around you or head down to Dubrovnik if you are in for more excitement.
Infamous city Dubrovnik just may be the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast, for a good reason. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today it displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCOpedestrian onlycharming Old Town is enveloped in 10thcentury city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, aperfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija. Welcome to Dalmatia!

Special place!

We had an amazing stay with my family! The views from the swiming pool and top floor are stunning. The house has several parts which allows everyone to relax quietly. Klaudija and her mum were very responsive when I had a question and very helpful too. The location is perfect to visit Dubrovnik and the islands. Thanks again!

Grandiose Unterkunft

Wir waren mit 9 Personen in dieser Unterkunft, die aus insgesamt 3 Häusern besteht. Zwei Häuser mit Betten, Küchen und Badezimmern und ein Haus mit Sauna, Badezimmer, Fitnessgeräten und Kicker. Der Pool und ganze 4 unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten draußen zusammen am Tisch zu essen machen dieses Ferienhaus zur perfekten Wahl für einen geselligen Urlaub. Es ist ruhig gelegen und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge von jedem Zimmer aus. Eine gemütliche Grillecke rundet einen schönen Aufenthalt ab. Es gibt Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer, die haben wir allerdings Ende September nicht mehr gebraucht. Das Haus ist ca. 45 Minuten vom Flughafen Dubrovnik und 30 Minuten von Dubrovnik entfernt. Die Hanglage des Hauses bietet die Sicht auf schöne Sonnenuntergänge, allerdings ist das Haus durch viele Treppen für ältere und eingeschränkte Personen nicht geeignet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es jedem empfehlen!

Perfect Place

Everything was amazing. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Exceeded our expectations. There were 10 adults and two babies. Plenty space. Views from the villa were unbelievable. We had rented cars so had easy to access to nearby towns and Dubrovnik. However, we did use Uber at times which was no trouble getting one and not that expensive. We would definitely return here again in the future.

Perfect villa on the Adriatic

We stayed here for a week in May/June and it was spectacular. The photos do not even begin to do the view justice. We are not sure which of the many different sitting areas more. The patio on the lower villa was a great place to drink your morning cup while you waited for the bread van to arrive (which is not a bad thing at all). The table outside of the 2nd villa was a wonderful place to eat meals and grab a little shade. The patio above the pool house could not be beat for sunrise and sunset as well as the smell of lavender in bloom. The pool was clean and just as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed plunging in it after a quick sauna in the evenings. Not only is the location wonderful for it's views, it is also nicely secluded. We barely saw or heard a neighbour while we were there which made unwinding very easy. It's a great location for day trips and sight seeing as well. A quick trip to Dubrovnik to pick up groceries if you need more than the local stores can provide. Plenty of great restaurants around as well. We very much enjoyed Rural Household Savonari and we had the best meal of our trip at Tavern Arka Restaurant. Really can't say enough positive things about the place as well as the owners. They have a small garden above the villa and came and picked onions and potatoes for us. Amazing.

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub mit 11 Personen, 6 Erwachsenen und 5 Kinder in der Villa verbracht. Es war wunderschön aber leider zu kurz. Die Villa ist sehr schön, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight für die Kinder war der Pool. Im Haus und Garten gibt es für jeden sein Plätzchen und ebenso ausreichend Schatten. Auch zum Meer ist es nicht weit, jedoch ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Dort gibt es einen Strand der sehr gut für Kinder geeignet ist und ein Restaurant dass auch zu empfehlen ist.

This country is amazing and we so love coming back. Our stay in the villa was wonderful. The owner was friendly and very helpful. The house is fully equipped and practical: washing mashine, dishwasher, barbecue etc. The location is perfect to visit Dubrovnik, to rent a boat and to enjoy the sea. Fun Holiday with Friends

We already went to Croatia with family in August and enjoyed it so much that we decided to return for a short trip. This time to spend a short week with friends at this beautiful Villa. Villa Dias is really confortable, very cosy with everything you need to have for a great stay. It is close to Dubrovnik and to the seaside but a car is recommended. The owner is really nice, comprehensive and available. You feel as in your own home. We really enjoyed it and can highly recommend this Villa. The sea view is amazing - panoramic view over the sea till the islands. Spend some time in Dubrovnik - magic place - highly recommend to visit the old town.

Super toller Urlaub

Wir waren schon so oft in Kroatien und sind immer wieder positiv überrascht wie schön das Land ist. Im Mai waren wir bereits mit der Familie da und jetzt im August mit einer grösseren Gruppe, mit 12 Personen in der Villa Dias. Nachdem schon der E-Mail Kontakt sehr nett und unproblematisch war mit der Agentur, wurden wir von dem Haus ebenfalls absolut positiv überrascht. Es ist sehr geräumig und meiner Meinung nach auch sehr gut aufgeteilt. Das Anwesen besteht aus 2 separaten Ferienhäusern, die nett miteinander verbunden sind durch den Garten und Pool Bereich. Jede Einheit ist für sich abschließbar und somit hat auch jede "Partei" seine Privatsphäre. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist in einem 1a Zustand und ist zum Abkühlen und zum Spaß haben super bei dem man ganz nebenbei noch die schönste Aussicht auf das Meer geniessen kann. Benutzt wurde er von uns täglich. Die Lage der Villa ist im Zentrum von Dubrovnik, ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Es sollte aber jedem klar sein, daß man in jedem Fall ein Auto braucht. Die Betreuung, Kommunikation, etc. unglaublich!! :-) Sowas findet man selten. Es war absolut gigantisch und wir saßen jeden Abend bis spät in die Nacht zusammen. FAZIT: Absolut empfehlenswert, für eine größere Gruppen oder mehrere Familien.

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Dias. The owner is a very nice person and the welcome happened as arranged. We found everything as described. There are two house that were very clean and all the appliances working. The pool was a delight - the gym my favorite place and the family was happy to finally visit Dubrovnik. The girls are big fans of Game of Thrones so it was a must to come. The town where the holiday house is located is small and nice with beautiful beaches around and has small supermarkets and nice restaurants. We rented a boat and explored the islands across....very unspoiled and surprisingly empty in season. I can highly recommend this villa and am sure to come back to Croatia with the family.

Perfect Holiday for 2 Families with children

We loved our stay here very much. There are 2 big and separate Houses and they are so big and so nice, we were really surprised. We also liked the 2 separate kitchens. It made our stay very easy specially when the kids were sleeping in one house we adults went to the second house, it was a very good experience because we didn't have the opportunity to stay in a house like this before, really is unique. On this occasion, I want to say thanks the hosts.
