Welcome to Duck Creek Village at 8500 ft!
In winter, our cabins offer a serene escape, but preparation is key for a safe journey. Here's what you need to know:
Before you set off:
1. Get real-time road conditions and weather updates with Utah's UDot app and Wunderground's website (zip code 84762).
2. Plan your travel wisely and avoid winter storms.
Once snow arrives:
‱ Highway 14 may have snow, and our gravel roads will be snowy. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required, with chains recommended.
‱ Snow removal is prioritized, but please keep in mind that we contract with snowplow companies who only plow after 6” or more of snow for driveways, and they will prioritize guests who check in or check out first, followed by groups who are mid stay.
‱ Power outages are rare, but if they occur, contact management and we will provide an update on the situation promptly.
Keep in mind:
‱ Nighttime arrivals may find limited services, so plan accordingly.
‱ While we're a small village, we're here to ensure your winter adventure is memorable and safe.

National park home base

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion National parks. This is conveniently located to both. This is a lovely home with new finishes and hot tub. Remote, peaceful setting. We did not venture to the village. Mammoth state park is less than a mile from the house.

Amazing Cabin!

We loved our stay at Aspen Glow. The property management team was very responsive to my questions and requests. The cabin was very roomy, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the cabin was conveniently close to Bryce Canyon and Zions National Park. The only downfall (which is minimal) is a few cleaning items that you wouldn't have to take care of at another vacation rental place or hotel (take all trash to the dumpster which is a mile or two away, clean out the fire place if you used it, wash and put away all the dishes, and remove the sheets from the bed). Not a big deal, just a little inconvenient. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

Amazing and Beautiful Cabin

Our week was amazing and memorable. Aspen Glow is absolutely beautiful and worked perfect for our family. My parents enjoyed the luxurious master suite and sitting area, my husband and I enjoyed the convenient and comfortable bedroom / bathroom on the main floor, and the kids slept wonderfully in the lower level. Our whole family greatly enjoyed, and made awesome memories together on the deck (playing cornhole, roasting marshmallows in the beautiful outdoor fireplace, in the hot tub, sitting and relaxing, etc.) and in the lower level (many games and activities). We visited during spring break so the amenities / restaurants in Duck Creek were limited but we were easily able to plan ahead while we were adventuring in Bryce and Zion and other nearby attractions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Family Weekend

This is a beautiful property! Although this was only a weekend stay, our family of ten enjoyed ever minute. The property has everything you need for a memorable vacation. The home is exactly as described with many amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, outside firepit and game room. All of the comforts of home in a beautiful location!

Beautiful!

We celebrated my 40th birthday in this beautiful and cozy home! We loved the hot tub and nightly fires! The kitchen is well stocked with all of your cooking essentials too! Would definitely recommend this property that is right between Bryce and Zion!

Beautiful Getaway

My whole family loved this cabin. The nature that surrounds the property is beautiful, and we even spotted some wildlife! We were able to enjoy the outdoors while also staying connected and comfortable with fast internet and a great AC system. There’s tons of stuff to do nearby, like driving on the many atv trails in the area, or stopping by one of the lakes. I’d definitely stay here again!

Loved the area. It was cooler than the national parks and areas we visited, so it was great as a center of operations. The home had everything we needed and it was a peaceful place to recover and regroup. Thanks!
