MAIN LIVING SPACE

This upscale cabin has tons of space for everyone to feel extremely comfortable! Inside, you`ll be welcomed into the open kitchen/dining/family room space with floor to ceiling windows and a beautiful indoor fireplace. The large leather sectional sofa and armchair are super comfy and the perfect spot to relax after a day or play.

KITCHEN & DINING

The gourmet kitchen has plenty of space to make your favorite meals with modern appliances and beautiful stone countertops. You`ll find everything you need to prepare your meals. The dining table comfortably sits up to 6 people plus there`s 3 seats at the kitchen counter.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The cabin is positioned on a .65 acre mountain-side lot with incredible views all around. Enjoy the fire pit while looking up at the crystal clear night skies. The large covered deck has lots of seating for everyone and a propane grill.

- NOTE: Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the cabin. The camera does not look into any interior spaces

4WD and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.

Easiest way to access me is through the Airbnb app and for more urgent measures I`m available via phone call.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises. Violation of this house rule will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any extra cleaning fees required to remove smoke odors or residue.
- No parties or large gatherings
- No unregistered guests (or pets if allowed)
- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests
- Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
- Do not park on road. Only park on driveway
-Please do not move or rearrange any furniture.
-DO NOT CARVE ON TREES!!!!


Fire Pit Guidelines

Pit Construction:

-The pit must be at least 18 inches deep and made of non-burnable material.
-Add 6 inches of gravel at the bottom for safety, making the total depth 24 inches.
-Clear out ashes regularly to keep the pit depth at 18 inches.

Safety:

-Keep the pit 15 feet away from anything that can burn.
-Clear 6 feet around the pit of anything that can catch fire.
-Always have someone 18 years or older watching the fire.
-Have at least 10 gallons of water or a hose nearby.

Firewood:
- Guests are responsible of bringing their own lighters, lighter fluid, fire starters, or firewood.
-Use short pieces of wood that fit inside the pit.
-Keep the flames under 2 feet high.
