Reception does not offer me correct information

I dont know whether the breakfast was included, but the receptionist told me it was not upon checkin, but someone else told me it was included upon checkout.....Would like to have clear information. Also I think I did not get a invoice for the dinner that I had......hm......I dont want to go back to the hotel to make a payment. What should I do?
