This spacious holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained house in Duće near Omiš and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Just a few steps away, you will reach the magnificent sandy beach - ideal for families with children - and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea and the offshore island of Brač.



The apartment has two separate bedrooms: one is equipped with three single beds, the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to the furnished south terrace with sea view - perfect for starting the day with breakfast in the morning sun or letting the evening fade away with a glass of wine.



In the cosy living area with sofa bed, SAT-TV and dining table for up to five people, everyone finds a place. The well-equipped kitchenette offers, among other things, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and a 2-plate cooker - ideal for preparing small meals yourself.



The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Bed linen, towels, and WiFi are of course included. A washing machine is available to you from the landlord for communal use. The apartment is air-conditioned and has its own parking space directly at the house. A baby bed can be provided upon request.



The well-maintained outdoor area with a garden offers shaded spots, an outdoor shower, and seating options for relaxed hours outdoors. The friendly hosts also live in the house and are happy to assist you with any questions. They speak Croatian, English, and German.
