Located in Duingt, a true paradise on the lake, the apartment enjoys direct access to the residence’s private 4,000 m² beach as well as two exclusive pontoons providing privileged access to the water. Nearby hiking trails allow you to explore the region’s natural beauty at your own pace.
The apartment is laid out as follows
- Bright living area, designed to maximise space, featuring a double bed (160x200 cm) convertible into a sofa. Blackout blinds provided.
From the large windows, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains.
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, Miele dishwasher, Krups coffee machine (ground coffee), toaster, washing machine and dryer.
- Outdoor cooking area with plancha grill and worktop, perfect for open-air dining.
- Cabin bedroom with bunk beds (80x200 cm each).
- Bathroom with glass shower screen, large washbasin, and WC.

- Spacious 30 m² terrace with a unique panoramic view of the lake, dining table for 4–6 guests, and a relaxation area.
