Very nice new hotel. Spacious and clean room with a great kitchenette. Very comfy king bed. Beautiful views of downtown and bay area. They need a hug Main Entrance/Lobby sign on the front of the building. Information regarding temporary parking in the loading zone area on Michigan Street on the south side of the building for unloading and check in, and overnight parking either in the ramp 1.5 blocks away ($10/night) or in the lot across the street ($19/night) should be included in the reservation confirmation email.

Amazing stay! The room was very spacious. Very clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The only downside was no discounted parking across the street - discounted @$10.00 was a block away. Loved our stay - walking distance from Canal Park and Bayfront. We could see the lake from our room.

Great views from the room. Very nice facility! Reasonably priced. Close to downtown. We easily walked to the restaurants on Canal Park, though there were some sketchy characters in the area around the hotel at night.

This was pretty clean but there was no body wash, shampoo or conditioner in the containers in the shower-super disappointing. Also-only 1 bar of soap is not considerate either. There is no on site parking either. Have to find it on the street or pay a nearby ramp.

The sheets had big stain on them unfortunately I just took a picture of one stain before I went to bed and when I woke up in the morning with better lighting I then realized that the whole sheet had stains all over! Also no parking and no breakfast (not even complimentary coffee) was available so we had to park outside which was a block away and we paid $10. Overall really overpriced for what is offers! Super disappointed!

Everything was great once we figured out where the hotel was. Obviously, we had the address, but there was limited exterior signage and no loading/unloading zone or parking area. We ended up circling the block before realizing where the main entrance was. Other than that, the hotel room itself was great for our 2 night stay in Duluth. Would stay again no concerns.

Nice, polite staff. Very clean and quiet. They would benefit from having a big hotel sign on the Michigan side so drivers can see clearly from the street or on the facade of the building above the front entrance. Wish the car parking situation was clearly described online. Parking is available across the street or a few blocks away in the convention center, but it’s not free of charge for hotel guests. In the other words, the hotel does not have a parking garage; there is parking near by and it’s not free.
