This is the nicest room I've ever booked under $100/night. The property is exceptionally maintained: rooms are oversized, and the beds and bedding are outstanding. Check-in was quick, breakfast was well done. We were so happy with this booking. Highly recommend!

I'm a real clean freek and this Spark is the cleanest place I've ever stayed. I can't complain about anything. You just don't find any places this clean and this isn't a brand new building. This was my second stay at this Spark this week. I'm a customer now for sure

Excellent room very comfortable. Second floor was very quiet. Large TV greeted me with my name on the screen. Yes-- this is my first stay at a Spark and I'm impressed. I feel I got a great room at a decent price

We checked in around 2300. There were no regular parking slots near the hotel. There were four trucks parallel parking taking up 5 or 6 parking slots each and we had to park at the hotel parking next door. When we went to our room, the toilet was clogged and we had to wait an hour to get another room.
