The entire property is for guests, with no shared spaces.

Parking is available directly outside the front door, and there is one step to access the property. Aside from this, the property is all on one level and features a wide entry to the shower area.

Directly from the carpark, enter into a huge open plan living room / kitchen area. The 2x bedrooms with bathroom in between are at the far end of the property, with access from a small hallway near the kitchen.

A heat pump in the living area heats this space and acts as an air conditioner in the warmer months.

A recently added Nespresso machine ensure an extra comfort.
