Is hotel with very nice… We stayed in a nest room which we loved. Plenty of space, a full kitchenette, and a nice mix of old and new with an original brick wall. The hotel is centrally located and close to everything. There is very limited parking on site but you can park at the train station which is one block away for 8NZD per day.

This is a self check in property, there are no staff to assist with access or questions normally addressed to a reception desk. The hotel was difficult to find and enter as there is a small sign and entrance which is accessible from a lock box.

Pre booked car parking which was not clearly sign posted , had a problem which we needed urgent help with contacted number supplied 3times but no one returned call luckily sorted out problem ourselves the fridge in the lift room was not worth having as could get nothing of decent size in it

It was very modern inside & very minimalistic. However not a lot of shelf space to put belongings on. Bathroom skirting & corners of mirror very dusty as was the bedroom. Found it difficult to find hotel & carpark, which is seperate to hotel & not very wide entrance as well as steep - wouldn’t say secure, as anyone could walk in to carpark.

Parking in the building was an additional charge, but syreet parking was available for a small fee. There is a very good Italian restaurant (Entruso) a block aeay on Morey St.

Despite being a self check in hotel all went well. Instructions are clear and accurate - but read instructions carefully. Great location, quiet, very good AC but takes a little while to cool the large loft-like space. Impressive modern industrial design but dark colors throughout can make it hard to see things. Great service. Would definitely stay again.

We booked a junior suite room 201.It must be stressed THIS IS NOT A HOTEL IT IS BEST DESCRIBED AS AN AVERAGE BUT EXTREMELY NOISY AIR BNB Without a doubt this was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in.It overlooked a main road plus one of the two windows that were meant to open would not shut, hence more noise from the traffic.By 2.00am the traffic was then replaced by trucks painting white lines on the road outside our room.No soon er had they finished then the rush hour started.Thank goodness it was only one night otherwise we would have left and gone elsewhere

This hotel is just two blocks from the octagon where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Also with in walking of many sites you would want to see and museums. Hotel was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We had a kitchen and there was a grocery store within three blocks so we could breakfast in the suite. Having a separate bedroom allowed for one early riser to be able to hang out in living area and have coffee . Convenient to almost everything
