This serene ski-in ski-out 345 SF studio condo is located at Purgatory Resort in Durango featuring a rooftop hot tub! With our club membership our guests get exclusive usage of the onsite, year-round, heated outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, workout facilities, sauna, steam showers and day spa.

The unit offers a cozy living room w/fireplace, queen Murphy Bed + a daybed w/ trundle bed. Daybed/trundle are perfect for 2 small children but can accommodate adults. Kitchenette equipped w/George Foreman grill, Crock-pot, 2 burner hot plate, toaster oven, kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans, & dishes, silverware, glassware for 4.

Stay connected with WIFI, cable TV, DVD player & DVD's, HDMI cable to connect portable device to TV. Kids have access to books, toys, board games & puzzles. If you forgot essentials we have some items in the unit. The Deli on 1st floor sells personal care & basic food items. 3 onsite restaurants are steps from the unit @ Resort Plaza. No smoking/No pets allowed in the unit.
