Remodeled Ski in/Ski Out condo - Views - Deck -

Just take the elevator to the ground floor and you are steps away from the main ski lift. Our single level condo (Unit 326) is located on the 3rd floor of the Eolus building which is located in the heart of the main plaza - making your vacation as convenient as possible in summer or winter.

The condo was completely remodeled and furnished in 2022 and features high end furnishings and a new washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped with brand new cooking utensils, pots/pans etc. and each bedroom features a TV along with the Main Living Space. The stone fireplace in the Main Living Space is electric.

Master: King Bed with TV and Ensuite Bath (Sleep Number bed)
Bedroom 2: Two Twin Beds with TV

There is one assigned parking space on the 2nd floor of the building and additional vehicles can be parked in the main ski lots. The Eolus building features 2 hot tubs (year around) on the ground floor.

Due to HOA rules, the condo (and all condos in the building) is not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets/emotional support animals.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

This condo was top notch. It had everything you can imagine to make your stay easy and peaceful. Very clean and everything is up to date. Beds sleep great and had all the amenities. Only complaint is that during the summer months AC would be helpful. It was just too warm and sticky for me inside.

Perfect Location

Everything was great! Location, size, comfortable, etc. the only thing to note is the hot water may not get as hot as you’d like at certain times of day, and they could leave more coffee or k-cups. Other than those minor details, it’s a great place to stay, lots of eclectic and charming details, and they leave a fresh kit of toiletries! Truly a ski-in/ski-out!

We enjoyed our stay! So many thoughtful touches to make us comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed: all like new. Coffee maker for drip and K cups (Plenty of filters in stock at time of review). Everything modern, new, and clean
even iPhone-apple watch chargers bedside. checkout process was relatively simple job of gathering trash and throwing towels in washer. Mid-July trip so the condo complex was quiet with windows open. Great location between Durango and Silverton.

Looks aren’t everything

This place looks great from the pictures and they are accurate, however there were internal plumbing issues with this place. Let me first say, the property manager, VRC was responsive and tried to help the situation. I began as soon as we walked in the door we were hit with a rancid smell and the TV on, which was weird and made us thing someone else was in the place. We soon discovered the smell was coming from the kitchen sink and it would back up. We notified VRC and they put in a work order to have someone come check it out. Because it was already 7pm at the time of this discussion we decided to tough it out with the smell for the night. At 10am the next morning a sub-contracted maintenance person came and quickly discovered it was an issue beyond the kitchen sink and was not something he had the tools or authorization to attempt to fix. VRC then notified us that it was a deeper plumbing issue beyond their control and had to contact the HOA of the condo complex. The HOA maintenance person arrived and their answer was to pour a jug of drano down the sink and that RotoRooter was scheduled to come the next day, the day we were checking out. We were now left with a non-functioning kitchen, which was one of the reasons we booked this place, so we could cook our meals and avoid the expense of eating out. We also were not confident in using the washing machine or the dishwasher. We were concerned they would cause further plumbing backup and possibly flood

Spring Break Ski Trip

Great location, right next to a lift and the main area of Purg. Could sit outside and watch the kids go up the lift. Everything was great, tv's, kitchen, beds, all great. Only item was there was hardly any toilet paper and we had to drive almost to Durango to get some!

Comfortable & convenient

Location next to the Ski School and Lift 4 made it easy to get going in the morning and be one of the earlybirds on the mountain. The unit was very clean and recently updated. Lots of modern amenities we enjoyed. The fully stocked kitchen (equipment, not food) was great due to the minimal restaurant options with COVID spiking. Would definitely stay here again.
