The bed was comfortable and breakfast was the usual fare. The hotel was quiet and in a safe area, just a short drive into town. Shower pressure could be better but it was to be expected. We would stay again

Overall, I would rate Sleep Inn - Durango with four-stars (good). The hotel is located within a ten-minute driving distance from many of the places we wanted to go to, such as the Durango-Silverton railroad. The hotel and our rooms were clean. There was no daily housekeeping service, but we were able to obtain our towels from the front desk. The continental breakfast was exceptional. We liked the indoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub was the right temperature - the pool was very cold. On a negative note, we got to the hotel a little early and asked if we could check in a little early. A male employee yelled at me: "Check-in time is at three!" with nothing further said. I did not like his demeanor nor the way he treated a customer.

My key tag kept getting kick out and had to go to the front desk 3 times to get them working again. But other than that the stay was marvelous

The Sleep Inn was completely fine as a place to stay. However, if you do not have a car getting a meal can be challenging. While delivery services are available from area restaurants, it would be good if some recommendations were available. I ordered a salad from a nearby restaurant which was just awful.

Favorite place to stay in Durango

My favorite place to stay in Durango. It’s easy to get in and out of, in a nice area and very quiet. The breakfast is good and the front desk staff has always been so friendly! The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. Was my third time staying here!
